I'm taking a class called "Computer Imaging," which should really be called "Maya 101." I have absolutely no experience with computer animation programs, so this class has been really interesting (and at times incredibly frustrating). The modeling part isn't really my thing, I get more excited about the animation aspects. However, our most recent assignment was to make a bird (which we will later animate), and I think mine came out looking pretty decent. At least you can tell it's a bird! Right?

I know what you mean, the modeling part of Maya cant be very testing on your patience and brain, im learning modeling myself and it does my head in some days.
