Bunny Bear color assignment
This one is hard to explain. We had a project called "The Psychology of Color," where we made a painting showing how one single color can look like two different shades depending on the surrounding colors. Apparently, my painting even fooled my cheap scanner. The scanner really thinks that the bear is a darker blue, when in the actual painting the bunny and bear are the same color. Because the bunny is surrounded by darker colors, our eyes pull the dark out of the blue. The opposite is true with the bear. Silly eyes, silly scanner.
